Draw On Some Cats? Don’t Mind If We Do

i-draw-on-catsIt’s unlikely that you’ll ever get us into the coloring book fad but when a copy of A.R. Coffelt’s I Draw On Cats: A Connect-The-Dots Activity Book showed up in our mailbox, we got the markers out.

If you haven’t seen the Tumblr/Instagram/etc, I Draw On Cats is simple in its brilliance – photos of cats, with drawings on top. The book version turns these drawings into connect-the-dots activities that let you add the majority of the action to the photos yourself. (Some of the lines are already there, so it’s not totally a mystery what you’re about to draw.) There are superhero cats, doctor cats, sailor cats. We haven’t finished, so knows what these cats will do next? It’s fun and silly, and we’re usually dog people.

Great for kids, or for relaxing with wine in hand.
