You may be familiar with Cherry Bombe from the indie mag and/or their podcast – even if not, it’s easy to appreciate their focus on female chefs, bakers, food stylists, pastry chefs, and creatives in the food scene. This book collects over a hundred recipes with a fun range from comfort food (vindaloo barbecue baby-back ribs we can’t wait to try) to high-style desserts (fromage blanc ice cream or cherry lambic sorbet with simple syrup) – there are plenty of selections whether you’re looking to make dinner for yourself or a variety of apps, snacks and drinks for a get-together.
